In exceptional data processing activities where explicit consent is required, the explicit consent of the data subject will additionally be obtained.

11. Reservations Made on Behalf of Other Passengers
It is possible for a person to create a reservation for themselves together with other travelers or on behalf of a person other than themselves.
If the person creating the reservation transmits personal data belonging to third parties to Royal Rhein Transfers, it is the responsibility of the person making the reservation to ensure that such information has been obtained lawfully and may be shared with Royal Rhein Transfers.
The person making the reservation should, to the extent possible, inform other passengers that their personal data will be transferred to Royal Rhein Transfers.
Personal data belonging to third parties that are not necessary for the provision of the service should not be shared with Royal Rhein Transfers.
12. Retention Period of Personal Data
Your personal data are not stored indefinitely.

Our customers are also advised to provide only the information requested and necessary for the performance of the transfer service during reservation.
Personal or sensitive information that is not necessary for the service should not be entered in the free explanation fields of the reservation form.
15. Commercial Electronic Messages
Mandatory communications sent for the creation of the reservation, notification of transfer time, reservation changes, operational information, reaching the customer, or performance of the service are part of the execution of the reservation service.
If commercial electronic messages for campaign, promotion, advertising, or direct marketing purposes are sent by Royal Rhein Transfers, these activities are additionally evaluated within the framework of the relevant e-commerce and personal data protection legislation, and the necessary permissions are obtained from the data subject where required.
16. Rights of the Data Subject under the KVKK
Within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698 KVKK, data subjects whose personal data are processed have the right, within the conditions specified in the Law, to apply to the data controller to;

- request information if their personal data have been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing their personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom their personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
- request correction if their personal data have been processed incompletely or inaccurately,
- request deletion or destruction of their personal data within the conditions provided for in the KVKK,
- request that correction, deletion, or destruction operations be notified to third parties to whom their personal data have been transferred,
- object to a result arising to the detriment of the person as a result of analysis of processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- request compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing of personal data
17. How Can You Submit Your Requests under the KVKK?

When creating a reservation or transfer request through the Royal Rhein Transfers website, the data subject may be provided with easy access to this Privacy Notice.

A general explicit consent statement such as "I consent to the processing of my personal data" should not be confused with the notice process.

This Privacy Notice may be updated if the services offered by Royal Rhein Transfers, the website infrastructure, the reservation system, the technology providers used, the personal data processing activities, or the relevant legislation change.
